Dear Ridge Climbing Community,

Over the years, our climbing centre has been more than just a place to climb—it has been a vibrant, supportive, and incredible home for an amazing community of climbers. Together, we’ve shared countless sends, laughs, milestones, and friendships. That is why it breaks our hearts to bring you this news today.

​

Due to the compounding impact of unsustainable economic pressures and rising operational costs, we have had to make the incredibly difficult decision to close our doors for the last time. Our final day of regular trading will be Saturday, 25th July 2026.

​

Until the 25th, we will remain open for normal trading hours. We would love nothing more than for you to come down, clear a few more projects, and share one last climb with us before we say goodbye.

What this means for your memberships and bookings:

​

• Monthly Direct Debits: All rolling monthly membership billing has been formally frozen. No further automatic payments will be taken from your account. You do not need to do anything, though you are welcome to cancel the instruction via your online banking for peace of mind.

​

• Prepaid Punch Cards & Passes: If you have an active punch card or prepaid pass, it remains fully valid for entry until our final day on 25th July. We strongly encourage you to use your remaining sessions over the next few weeks!

​

• Course Bookings & Events: Any specific classes, parties, or coaching sessions booked after 25th July are unfortunately cancelled. Our team will be reaching out directly to affected individuals over the next 7 days regarding these specific bookings.

We want to extend our deepest, most sincere gratitude to every single person who has walked through our doors, brushed a hold, caught a fall, or bought a coffee. You made this space special, and we are immensely proud of the community we built together.

Please come down and see us before the 25th so we can thank you in person.
